We collect and store personal information on individual’s job seeking. The information that we store are contact information, job interests, skills, and personal attachments, such as CV’s or cover letters. We store this information to find and match job opportunities for anyone who wishes to find a job through FINOKA. We use this data to provide job opportunities for job seekers, and employees for Finnish private job market. We also develop our internal technologies by altering and combining the stored data. The data is not shared for third parties without first asking permission from applicant, and we do not sell this data to anyone. Situation, where data is shared to third party is only during the interview phase, and the data is only shared if the job applicant wishes to allow it. The data is not stored outside the European Union, located either Microsoft servers or Holsti Forest Oy contract data supplier, located in Northern Ostrobothnia.

The collected data is stored 2 years from the day, when applicant confirms he or she agrees on data sharing. This is confirmed during the filing the FINOKA talent pool. We may delete the data prior this without informing the applicant based on our own inspections. These situations are e.g., when confirming Duplicates, inaccurate files, etc.

On unclear situations, applicant has every right to clarify how his or her data is handled at given moment. Before requesting for clarifications, we kindly ask to first consult this url and follow the instructions, based on the request type.
